Mary and Harry Harris have been married for 77 years. They grew up in the segregated South, and achieved great things. Harry, a veteran of the United States Army, also played baseball in the Negro Leagues, and is the last surviving member of The Clowns baseball team, and has been recognized on the Congressional Record for his achievements in baseball. Mary has been working tirelessly to build the Chapel to be a place for people of all backgrounds and cultures to attend, with the mission of creating stronger unity in the community of Wilson County.
